These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of final year projects ("Projects") by Final Year Engineering Projects to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By purchasing a Project, Buyer agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Project Description:

The Final Year Engineering Projects will provide the Buyer with a detailed description of the Project, including its title, objectives, scope, and any specific deliverables or requirements.

2. Payment:

The Buyer shall pay the agreed-upon price for the Project as specified in the invoice provided by us.

Payment shall be made in 50% Payment before the commencement of work on the Project.

3. Delivery:

We will deliver the Project to the Buyer by the agreed-upon deadline.

Delivery may be made electronically via email or through a designated file-sharing platform.

4. Ownership and Rights:

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Project.

The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Project for academic or personal purposes only.

5. Revisions:

We agree to provide reasonable revisions or corrections to the Project within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.

The Buyer must request revisions within 8 days after receiving the initial Project.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and communication confidential.

We will not disclose the Buyer's identity or any information related to the Project without the Buyer's consent.

7. Refunds:

Refunds will be considered in cases of non-delivery or significant deviation from the agreed-upon Project description.

The Buyer must notify the Seller within 10 days of any issues to request a refund.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

In the event of termination, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise agreed upon.

By purchasing a Project, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agrees to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
