The accessibility of information and the ability for users to act on collected data have been transformed by the Internet and the World Wide Web. The placement process can now be managed online, creating a need for a web-based placement management system. This system, designed for recruiters and software engineers, serves as an online recruitment platform (TnP portal).
The system functions as an application for both candidates and recruiters. Advanced features for recruiters allow them to shortlist candidates for further rounds based on specific requirements, using the probabilities calculated by the system. Unlike traditional recruitment systems, where recruiters only have access to a candidate’s CV, this proposed system analyzes candidate performance and recommends the most suitable candidates for the job.
By utilizing the Random Forest Regressor algorithm, the system builds multiple decision trees and combines them to provide more accurate and stable predictions. This approach helps maximize the placement probability of candidates, easing the recruiter’s task and improving the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.
