Industry Visit Tour System
The Industry Visit Tour System is a web-based reservation system designed to facilitate the booking of industrial tour packages online for individuals and colleges.
The admin has access to various modules, including adding subjects, places, and package details. The system allows the admin to view all booking and user details.
Users must register and log in to access the system’s inner modules. They can browse industrial tour destinations with package details and pricing per person. If a user wants to book a tour for multiple people, they specify the number of attendees, and the system automatically calculates the total cost. Payments are made online using a credit card.
Once the booking is successful, the user receives an email notification with the booking details. Users can also view their past and current bookings.
Modules:
The system comprises two major modules:
Admin Module:
- Login: Admin must log in to manage the system.
- Add Subject: Admin can add educational subjects like IT, Botany, Art, and Hotel Management.
- Add Place: Admin can add industrial locations such as Infosys, L&T, and Wipro.
- Add/View Package Details: Admin defines and views package details for industry visits.
- View Booking Details: Admin can view all booking details, including the names of users and their reservations.
- View User Details: Displays all registered users along with their details.
User Module:
- Registration/Login: New users must register before accessing the system.
- View Places: Users can browse industrial locations and search by subject or place.
- View Packages: Users can explore packages with details added by the admin.
- Select a Package: Users select desired packages based on their destination preferences.
- Payment: Once a package is selected, users can proceed with payment.
- Email Notification: Upon successful payment, users receive an email confirmation.
